What prerequisites do I need?
You should be comfortable with the 24-form sequence and basic push hands. Completion of the Foundation and Development courses (or equivalent experience) is recommended.
What are the live sessions?
Monthly small-group video sessions where Master Feng reviews your form, answers questions, and provides personalized guidance. Recordings are available if you can't attend live.
Do I need a sword?
A standard Tai Chi practice sword (flexible blade) is recommended. Guidance on selecting one is included in Lesson 2.
Is this course suitable for competition preparation?
Yes. The sword form and push hands curriculum align with international Tai Chi competition standards.
